The principle of competence implies that lawyers can only accept cases that they are effectively capable of handling.
As the law is becoming increasingly complex, this cardinal principle makes more and more sense to us.
Our continuous training, as well as a constant monitoring of case law and reforms in our fields of practice help us stay up-to-date. In addition, we work with qualitative databases that take into account the numerous legal reforms adopted.
CITIZEN chooses not to intervene in other legal fields than those mentioned in “AREAS OF PRACTICE”. That is why, if we are not fully competent to handle your case, we will refer you to a colleague more familiar with the subject matter. CITIZEN has a great relationship with colleagues practising in various legal fields that are complementary to its own (for example: tax law, labour law, or even criminal business law).
We invite you to take a look at our areas of activity, as well as our regular publications in these fields.
