It is incorporated as a “société d’exercice libéral par actions simplifiée (SELAS)”, which could be translated as : a regulated profession company limited by shares, with a capital of €3.000, registered in the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 899 562 029, with its head office at 3 Cours Maréchal Juin Bordeaux.
Its legal representative is Maître Simon Deceuninck, Président, also acting as Director of Publication for the website.
