Citizen announces exclusive collaboration with an English law firm

Citizen Avocats is very pleased to announce an exclusive collaboration with the English law firm SO Legal Ltd. This collaboration will further enhance both firms’ client offerings.

It continues the successful professional relationship between Simon Deceuninck, founder and Président of Citizen Avocats, and Hamed Ovaisi, co-founder and managing director of SO Legal.

This cooperation with the English law firm will afford Citizen’s Clients greater access to legal expertise in England & Wale. Reciprocally, SO Legal’s clients will have enhanced access to our qualified legal services in France and the EU. This expertise includes corporate and commercial law, business sales and acquisitions, private international law, litigation, private client and residential property.

Citizen Avocats can intervene directly before all tribunals within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Bordeaux (Cour d’appel de Bordeaux), where the British presence in France is the strongest. Indeed, this jurisdiction includes Bordeaux, Angoulême, Périgueux, Bergerac and Libourne. It was thus highly relevant to team-up with SO Legal, to provide the services that the British expats and companies in France deserve.
